Reduced Tickets:

  • European Union citizens between 18 and 25 years old (valid identity document needed at the entrance)

Free Tickets:

  • EU and not EU citizens under 18 years old (valid identity document needed at the entrance). Visitors under the age of twelve must be accompanied.
  • groups and parties of students from state and private schools in Italy and the European Union, accompanied by their teachers, subject to booking and in the number established by the head of the institution
  • teachers and students enrolled in the faculties of architecture, cultural heritage conservation and educational sciences, or on degree courses in literature or literary subjects with an archaeological or historic-artistic specialisation in the faculties of literature and philosophy, in corresponding faculties or courses set up in the Member States of the European Union students must display a valid the certificate of enrolment for the current academic year, in Italian, or in English for foreign students)
  • teachers and students enrolled in the Fine Arts Academies or corresponding institutes within the European Union students must display the certificate of enrolment for the current academic year in Italian or English)
  • tour guides from the European Union in the exercise of their professional activities (upon display of a valid licence issued by the competent authority)
  • tourist interpreters from the European Union when their assistance is required alongside the guide (upon display of a valid licence issued by the competent authority)
  • citizens of the European Union with disabilities and a family member or other accompanying person who can demonstrate employment in the relevant social services organisation
  • voluntary workers performing activities for the promotion and enhancement of knowledge of the cultural heritage, on the basis of agreements drawn up with the Ministry pursuant to article 112, subsection 8, of the Code
